Responsibilities: - Lead the CAS practice to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service aligned with client needs and firm standards. - Manage CAS engagements, including bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance. - Review and sign off on compilation and preparation engagements. - Oversee preparation of personal property tax, payroll, and sales tax filings. - Evaluate client accounting systems and internal controls, recommend improvements, and support implementation. - Continuously assess and enhance CAS processes for efficiency and scalability. - Assist clients with hiring, training, and supervising internal accounting personnel. - Maintain strong client relationships and support efforts to expand the client base. - Develop new CAS business and cross-sell additional firm services. - Partner with marketing leadership to shape and execute CAS growth strategies. - Participate in firm management meetings and contribute to decision-making. - Serve on the firm’s Growth Committee, supporting innovation and expansion. - Lead and develop the CAS team of three staff members, with additional hires planned.
