Key Responsibilities: • Be the first point of contact for clients — in person, over the phone, and via email — ensuring a professional and helpful experience. • Support the sample intake and reporting process with accuracy and attention to detail. • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure efficient office operations. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to problem-solving.
