Lead insights and innovation pipelines, develop growth strategies, and influence cross-functional teams to drive consumer-centric product development. | Over 8 years of experience in consumer insights or related fields, proven success in building product pipelines, and strong leadership skills. | Salary: 175K to 225k POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Innovation & Insights leads the discovery, development, and delivery of insight-driven growth opportunities across our business and portfolio. This is a highly strategic role that acts as the connective tissue between the voice of the consumer, white-space opportunity mapping, category foresight, and the product innovation pipeline. You will build and operationalize a consumer-centric insights function and own the innovation lifecycle including early-stage idea generation and trends analysis through concept testing, product-market fit validation, and post-launch learning loops. This role partners closely with Brand Marketing, Product Development, Sales, E-Commerce, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure that our pipeline is differentiated, commercially viable, and aligned to our long-term vision and growth strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Consumer & Market Insights Leadership • Build and lead a robust insights ecosystem that combines qualitative and quantitative research, syndicated data, social listening, U&A, segmentation, and trend tracking. • Translate insights into actionable business strategies, brand positioning refinements, and innovation concepts. • Act as the internal voice of the consumer, championing unmet needs, wellness behaviors, and occasion-based triggers across all departments. Innovation Strategy & Pipeline Development • Lead a cross-functional innovation steering process, including ideation workshops, pipeline prioritization, and stage-gate readiness. • Identify white-space opportunities across categories, formats, benefits, life stages, and channels—developing compelling product ideas and business cases to address them. • Collaborate with Product, R&D, Brand, Sales, Operations, and Regulatory to advance ideas from concept. Foresight & Strategic Growth Planning • Conduct long-range foresight and category mapping to identify future-state growth platforms. • Maintain a “next 3 years” innovation roadmap with prioritized bets by brand, channel, and consumer segment. • Monitor competitor activity, cultural signals, ingredient trends, and regulatory shifts to proactively inform business strategy. Testing, Learning, & Optimization • Design and manage concept tests, pricing studies, volumetrics, market research, and in-market pilots. • Collaborate with Retail, Performance Marketing ,and E-Commerce to design A/B and in-market test frameworks for rapid learning cycles. • Post-launch, synthesize results and consumer feedback to continuously improve offerings and inform future pipeline decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence • Serve as a strategic partner to Brand, DTC, Amazon, Sales, and International teams focused on ensuring consumer insights shape positioning, messaging, market expansion, and innovation. • Communicate insights in compelling, visual, and actionable ways for stakeholders at all levels. • Build and lead a high-performing team and manage insight agency and research vendor relationships. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS • 8–12+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Innovation, Strategy, or Growth roles in CPG, wellness, or supplement categories. • Proven success building consumer-first product pipelines and influencing cross-functional partners. • Deep understanding of insight methodologies and how to convert research into strategic impact. • Strong innovation acumen—able to blend creativity with commercial rigor. • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end research, new product development, and innovation governance. • Comfortable operating across multiple channels (Amazon, DTC, Retail, Pro) and consumer journeys. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in marketing, psychology, behavioral science, or business preferred
Manage multiple complex projects end-to-end including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and adherence to PMO standards. | Requires PMP certification, 3-5 years of project management experience, proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, and a BA/BS degree. | POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager, PMO is responsible for end-to-end project management, leveraging established PMO tools and process to manage projects from initiation to close, developing detailed project plans, leading execution, monitoring progress, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders for multiple complex projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager, PMO acts as a project management thought leader and develops relationships across teams to execute projects in a timely manner. Strong communication with project teams, cross-functional departments, outside partners, and senior leadership is essential to the success of this position.
