Noodle is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Digital Marketing to support our high-performing demand generation team on a day-to-day basis. Duties include supporting work related to affiliate campaign execution, assisting with reporting preparation, and helping facilitate monthly billing and reconciliation tasks. You will work closely with the media planning and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign operations and accurate documentation. As our Coordinator, Digital Marketing, you will… Affiliate Channel Coordination • Assist in managing campaign documentation and partner communications for affiliate marketing efforts. • Help track lead delivery, pacing, and compliance with insertion orders. • Support onboarding tasks for new affiliate partners and help prepare assets for launch. • Coordinate with internal teams to gather creative, links, and other campaign materials for affiliate partners. Campaign Reporting Support • Maintain a regular cadence of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks across media channels. • Use AI-powered tools and spreadsheets to help pull, clean, and organize data from various platforms. • Ensure reports are updated and shared with relevant teams on time. • Flag unusual data patterns to more senior team members for deeper review. Media Billing & Reconciliation • Assist with monthly billing processes for paid digital media platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. • Help track insertion orders, gather receipts, and cross-check spend with campaign records. • Support documentation of vendor communication and payment resolution as needed. Team Collaboration • Collaborate with media planners, analysts, and client account teams to support campaign setup, reporting, and performance tracking • Participate in internal meetings to understand media plans, campaign goals, and project timelines • Take notes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of coordination tasks You have: • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media operations, or a related internship (affiliate marketing exposure is a plus, but not required) • Comfort with spreadsheets and a willingness to learn new platforms and tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, AI assistants, etc.) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow through on tasks • Desire to grow your career in digital marketing while gaining hands-on experience across multiple performance media channels and affiliate programs • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Noodle Benefits: • Work from our beautiful NYC office OR the comfort of your home office! • Great compensation package! • 401K + match, commission potential, and equity opportunities • Tools you need on us!
