Manage CEO priorities, calendar, and leadership team operations to support executive leadership. | Requires 3-7 years in investment banking, private equity, or consulting with strong organizational and analytical skills. | A high-growth financial services company in digital assets, with billions in assets under management, is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with its founder-CEO. The business has strong institutional traction and is entering a new phase, with the CEO taking on a larger leadership team over the next six months. This hire will bring structure to how the CEO and the leadership team operate. The role: • Work side by side with the CEO, managing priorities, the calendar and the flow of requests • Set the leadership team's operating rhythm: meeting agendas, one-on-ones, decision tracking and follow-through • Screen inbound partnership, media and networking requests, and take first calls where needed • Prepare board, investor and planning materials, including quarterly objectives and presentation decks • Pull together input from across functions so decisions reach the CEO clear and ready to act on • Run a small number of cross-functional projects, then hand them over to permanent owners • Give the CEO a direct, honest view when something is off track Why it's interesting: • Direct exposure to a founder-CEO across fundraising, major partnerships and executive leadership • Join at an inflection point for a company operating at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets • A senior, high-ownership team where your work is visible every day Compensation: $200k to $250k base, plus annual bonus and equity ownership Background: 3 to 7 years in investment banking, private equity, transactional consulting or similar, ideally followed by time in a high-growth company.
