Oversee and optimize the warehousing, logistics, and distribution network to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance. | Minimum 5 years of leadership in distribution/warehouse environment, understanding of logistics, compliance, and budget management, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. | POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the operational and financial performance of the warehousing element of NFI Parts. The overall goal of the position is to continuously refine the network of PDC’s, and the processes used within them, to optimize flow and efficiency along with reducing the cost of storing, handling and delivering materials within the warehousing and distribution environment. In addition, the position has overall responsibility for the logistics and customs operation and is responsible for partnering with cost competitive transportation providers who provide exceptional service levels. WHAT YOU WILL DO: · Maintain a safe working environment and actively promote health and safety within the NFI Parts PDC network consistent with company guidelines and strategy. · Responsible for the overall performance of the PDC network and logistics function including all operational and financial metrics. · Responsible for logistics and customs operation, including but not limited to, compliance with customs regulations, carrier selection and competitiveness, and ensuing our transportation providers are providing exceptional service and meeting all expectations. · Develop and monitor KPI’s to ensure optimal PDC performance. · Direct, coach and mentor the PDC and logistics teams towards achieving established goals and managing appropriate KPI’s. · Responsible for the development and succession planning for PDC Managers, Traffic Manager and Continuous Improvement Engineer. · Ensure regulatory compliance in all areas of warehouse operations across the network. · Responsible to drive a continuous improvement environment including technology strategies, footprint recommendations and process improvements required to make long term efficiency and capacity gains in the PDC network. · Evaluate, plan, develop and implement best practices in the warehouses and service centers across the distribution network. · Ensure programs and practices are in place to manage and maintain the facilities and equipment required to operate the PDC network. This includes equipment purchase/replacement, facility leases and renewals. · Develop annual budgets, LRP’s and reforecasts to support capital, systems, technologies and operational requirements of the warehouse/service center facilities, including business case development and ROI to support improvements. Operate within agreed upon levels. · Foster a positive team environment across all areas of responsibility. · Develop and maintain strong internal functional relationships, as well as external, to draw on distribution expertise and best practices which ultimately helps provide a better customer experience. · Support and liaise with all other functions as required in cross functional teams, problem solving and continuous improvement activities. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. · Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a fast paced distribution/warehouse environment; multi location management experience a plus. · Good understanding of MRP, Oracle and Microsoft Office. · Able to provide leadership in a dynamic and time sensitive work environment. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Problem solving and analytical skills. · Sense of urgency with a hands-on approach. · Highly organized with ability to reprioritize often. POSITION SUMMARY The TSR Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Territory Sales Representative Team in executing strategic customer engagement initiatives, driving business development, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. This role involves close collaboration with Customer Service Directors, Customer Service Managers, Customer Service Analysts to develop and implement customer strategies and manage Customer onsite visits, a well as the Business Development team to aide in identification and prioritization of product development and service offerings effectively. WHAT YOU WILL DO: · Collaborate with CS Directors and CS Managers to develop and implement tailored customer strategies that support business growth. · Review and interpret analytical reports provided by Analysts (Kinetik, Alternate, SVP) to identify opportunities and guide team strategy. · Collaborate with CS Director, CS Manager to determine team strategy meetings to plan customer visit agendas. · Oversee and participate in customer visits, meetings, and calls to assess performance, gather intelligence, and promote products. · Participate pre-visit planning assigned CS Team to align on expectations, deliverables, and strategy. · Participate in post- visit meetings with the CS Team. · Ensure effective communication of customer insights and outcomes are shared with relevant internal teams. · Ensure TSR’s are gathering competitor cross-reference data and maintain tracking sheets. · Provide market intelligence to CS Directors and Business Development team to inform strategy and product positioning. · Collaborate with Business Development to ensure market intel and targeted products are aligned with customer feedback and needs of the business. · Promote proactive selling based on customer insights and industry trends. · Support remote TSRs with office visits to foster team development and strategy alignment. · Coordinate with CS Directors to ensure consistent execution of customer strategies and deliverables. · Maintain updated travel logs, calendars, and program tracking tools. · Hiring and training TSR’s · Develop and deliver annual Employee Performance Reviews to TSRs · Monitor and support timely delivery of presentations and training on parts manuals, Recommended Stock Lists (RSLs), and other corporate materials TSR are responsible for. · Collaborate on RSL/P3 development and execution with CS Directors and Managers. · Attend trade shows, bid openings, product installations, and testing events as required. · Manage annual list of trade shows and monitor for viable shows to attend as well as coordination of attendees and collaboration with Marketing team for booth marketing materials and giveaways. · Develop financial budgets for TSR travel expenses, including trade shows and marketing materials, and promotional products to provide recommendations to Customer Service Directors. · Support TSR’s on submitting detailed contact call reports, outlining visit outcomes, follow-ups. And strategic actions. · Support in tracking and update profitability logs, customer profiles, and program performance metrics. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience. · Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development, preferably in the transit or automotive industry. · Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. · Ability to travel up to 75%.
