Operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, and ensure safety and accuracy in shipping and receiving. | High school diploma or GED, forklift experience, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, basic computer skills, and safety awareness. | Overview: The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift and may also be required to perform order filler or order checker duties in addition to his or her own. This position is responsible for operating a sit-down and/or clamp forklift equipment. Manually or with hand truck move materials and finished goods, stack pallets, clean work areas, and maintain safety and organization in the warehouse. | High school diploma preferred, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk long hours, work irregular shifts, and maintain attention to detail. | Overview: The Material Handler is responsible for manually or by hand truck moving materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated places in the facility or onto trucks. Position typically reports to the Warehouse Supervisor or Lead.
