Position Specific Description This position establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees and leads in the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs. Leaders in this role provide leadership and oversight to manage performance and results in one or more Information Technology (IT) disciplines. Individuals will be accountable for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes. Specific Duties & Responsibilities: • Digital Transformation: Provides technical leadership in Nuclear Center of work excellence software development and product releases • Works with CWE scrum and agile leaders to identify project risks and plan mitigation actions • Defines a technology roadmap in partnership and collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure • Implements best practices for software development and DevOps standards for CWE • Oversees work and asset management system upgrades, assessment and feasibility study • Data Engineering and Data enablement for AI
