Location: Remote (USA only — PST hours preferred) with some office travel required Annual salary: USD 125,000 to USD 150,000 Type: Full-time Reports to: VP of Marketing The Role We're looking for a Senior Designer, Growth & Performance to work closely with the internal Growth, CRM, and Social teams, who can operate at a fast pace. Each group is a lean, hands on team, that has worked on some of the industries biggest games and brands, driving customer acquisition at scale. The role will balance high-quality craft and crisp execution with agility and speed to iterate and learn. You may be a good match if you love to generate and test creative quickly, monitoring the latest social and UA design trends to drive big impact. You understand how appeal to diverse segments, are able to take design risks, and how to look beyond the numbers to understand what customers really want and will engage with. What You'll Do • Partner with Growth, CRM, Social, Design, Data & Analytics, and Marketing to create well-articulated design strategies and shape the creative roadmap • You will be responsible for maintaining full awareness of all aspects of the creative process from concept to approval • You will work closely with key stakeholders to make sure brand standards and deadlines are met, keeping things moving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Design content that drives meaningful customer engagement with measurable business impact • Develop creative assets for campaigns across multiple areas of Nex Playground business • Join design activities such as brainstorm and research sessions to support ongoing creative needs and brand development. • Develop frameworks, guidelines, audits, and processes to help define and enhance marketing content development and throughput What You Bring • Bachelors Degree in Design, Illustration, Video Production, Motion Graphics, or related field with a minimum 7+ years of hands-on user acquisition and social content experience. • Critical thinking, business understanding, communication, organizational skills, and advanced design strategy. • Demonstrated metrics literacy, with experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics through effective communication and presentation • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Ability to multi-task with a demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and meet project deadlines. • Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams during the design and approval process • Proficiency in Adobe products or other relevant applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • A portfolio or selection of past work to share Preferred Qualifications • Illustration skills highly preferred • Ability to combine design elements with Motion graphics and Video Editing for short-form content • Interest and understanding of eCommerce, gaming, entertainment, toys, marketing & advertising trends of today's media landscape, and how people engage with advertising.
