NewtonX has raised $47M in funding, and as we continue to expand, we’re searching for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is going to lead the projects and work with more junior engineers Role We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in React on the frontend and Python/Django on the backend. You’ll help build and scale high-performing applications used by global teams, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional user experience. Team ~30 engineers across multiple departments, collaborating in an Agile environment. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Growth Product Manager to lead the development of growth-focused products that accelerate the acquisition, activation, and early retention of our expert community (NXC). In this role, you will own the expert growth funnel end-to-end — working at the intersection of product, data, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities, define and deliver growth initiatives, and establish a rigorous experimentation framework. Experimentation & Learning- Adopt a hypothesis-driven approach to product-led growth. Market & Audience Insights - Partner with Data Analytics to analyze client demand trends, audience supply gaps, and industry-specific opportunities. Use these insights to prioritize efforts on high-value profiles and emerging market needs. Channel & Campaign Optimization - Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to discover, test, and scale new expert acquisition channels — from professional communities and niche newsletters to emerging digital platforms. Co-design targeted campaigns, launch experiments, measure performance, and continuously refine strategies to maximize expert conversion, engagement, and retention. Onboarding & Engagement Flow - Own and optimize the onboarding and sign-up experience.
