Primary Function The Sr Sales Support Specialist provides support to the DTC Call Center staff and senior management through a variety of day-to-day activities. Primary Function Contribute to the Mapping, Validation and Activations team in Loan Transfers. Ensure all loan transfer data mapping is completed according to existing processes and procedures. Data Mapping is responsible for all data that is loaded into Servicing Director for transfers assigned to the analyst. Activate loans per the schedule set by the Deal Managers to ensure legal and contractual compliance. Maintain stated performance level for all assigned transfer mapping and validation. Maintain and update exceptions in SDI from SCSM tickets submitted to improve quality downstream. Develop update exceptions in SDI regarding transfer errors and work with the Portfolio Management and Deal Management groups to improve processes and eliminate upstream transfer errors. Contribute to the creation, manage, and deliver reporting to senior management of the timeliness and accuracy of the group. Assign SCSM tickets to Deal Managers and individual business units for data sign-off for all preliminary data mapping within stated SLA. Run automated review checks for all transfers at prelim and final for all assigned transfers. Responsible for each assigned transfer meeting the established mapping SLAs. Balance all transfers from loan set-up prior to activation using the designed process and form. Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management. Regularly perform focused quality assurance reviews of business letters. Consult with or provide expert advice to management of various lines of business when creating new letters, notices, and statements. This mainly applies to providing guidance on letter trigger and exclusionary criteria, which would determine when important business letters are sent. Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Bankruptcy, and other departments to create and review statements, letters, and notices for quality and compliance in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law, any applicable regulatory body, investor guidelines, company policy, and borrower experience standards. Collaborate with print vendors to ensure letters are programmed timely and accurately, establish test plans, conduct proper testing and release to production. Primary Function The Team Lead Investor Reporting is responsible for overseeing the daily and monthly activities for the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, or Private Investor portfolios, including reporting, remittances, and reconciliation resolution. The Team Lead Investor Reporting is responsible for the setup, reporting, and remitting on new investors and reviewing existing files to ensure quality of externally sent files. Additionally, the individual will work directly with the investor reporting analysts to train the staff to understand the processes they are completing as well as any changes to existing processes. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to research and complete timely resolution to exceptions, including collaboration with internal business partners. Principal Duties Confirm monthly reports are produced and delivered in an accurate and timely manner including but not limited to loan level invoice and remit files while meeting the contractual SLA for each investor with a high rate of accuracy. Resolve any coding issues with reports by working with management to make the necessary changes and update policies and procedures. Work with the staff to resolve any external issues and correct or update any data or formatting issues in the monthly reporting to ensure client satisfaction. Confirm reports, and wire requests are being sent timely as it relates to the monthly reporting and remittances. Confirm the staff is accurately working with internal clients such as investor accounting and finance on all account reconciliation items including P&I, service fee, corporate advance, P&I advance, and operating account reconciliations by reviewing outstanding bank reconciliations monthly. Review reports before they are submitted externally. This includes checks for formatting issues, month-over-month consistency issues, contract billing agreement, full balance roll forward, and large transaction investigation. Coordinate with the department's management to address issues identified so that reoccurring process issues can be remedied. Performs additional projects and duties as assigned by manager.
