The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will play a hands-on role in building and executing email marketing campaigns for many of Newfold’s brands. This role will work with marketing and development teams to build and document the configuration of one-time and automated emails, ensure campaigns meet business and reporting requirements, and adhere to industry best practices. They will need to enable and leverage the systems/applications capabilities to support various marketing initiatives in an effort to deliver rapid results. The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will work with their peers and/or direct reports to deliver campaigns on time and without error. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This includes configuration within the ESP, audience building via filters and SQL, quality assurance, and reporting. Work with the technical teams to deliver on campaign requirements, including participating in discovery and troubleshooting. Lead and/or participate in ongoing optimization efforts for marketing processes and systems. Be a subject matter expert in email marketing. Have a solid understanding of email best practices, including creative, deliverability, and CAN/SPAM requirements Manage a team of global contractors responsible for coding and building emails. Assist with onboarding and cross-training new members of the Email Operations team, as required Meet project deadlines and complete other tasks as directed. Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. We seek a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst with strong expertise in SMB markets and deep knowledge of hosting and SaaS pricing models. This role will report to the Chief Product Officer at Bluehost and lead pricing strategy, drive data analysis, support new monetization models, and optimize revenue for our core product lines. We are a dynamic technology company serving the fast-growing SMB customer segment with a portfolio of hosting and SaaS solutions. We believe pricing is one of our most critical levers for growth, customer value, and competitive differentiation. What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies for hosting and SaaS solutions targeting SMB customers. Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to track trends, benchmark strategically, and identify opportunities. Design and optimize subscription-based, usage-based, and dynamic pricing models to enhance profitability and market fit. Partner with cross-functional teams—including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance—to test and execute price changes, promotions, and packaging. Build and maintain pricing models, perform scenario/what-if analyses, and quantify impacts on revenue and customer adoption. Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership, supporting business cases for adjustments and growth initiatives. Monitor performance of pricing strategies, track KPIs, and continuously refine approaches to maximize revenue and customer LTV. Stay abreast of industry advances (e.g., freemium, tiered, usage-based pricing) and incorporate best practices into our pricing architecture. Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, or related discipline. 5+ years in pricing analysis and strategy, preferably in SMB, SaaS, or hosting environments. Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing subscription and usage-based models for SaaS or digital products. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling; experience with pricing analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) strongly preferred. Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to turn complex data into business insights and recommendations. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders. Track record of cross-functional leadership and influence. Preferred Direct experience pricing for managed hosting, cloud, or digital infrastructure products. Familiarity with A/B pricing experiments, monetization testing, and value-based price modeling.
