Look no further! As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in seamlessly managing and overseeing a variety of projects within our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: • Use your proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace to coordinate effectively with team members and ensure project deadlines are met. • Manage project timelines and deliverables with strong organizational skills and oversee cross-functional projects • Collaborate with team members to create and refine content across the organization. • Utilize tools such as Canva to contribute to branding efforts, including business cards and marketing materials. • Maintain a professional online presence, including content optimization and updates. • Handle calendar invites, meeting minutes, and various ad-hoc administrative tasks. • Streamline operational workflows • Provide administrative support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. Preferred Qualifications • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or Agile) • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. • Proven experience as a Project Manager • Capable of handling various tasks and providing support in a dynamic work -environment. • Relevant qualification in project coordination/management. • Strong understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
