WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead Creator-First Program Execution • Manage day-to-day execution of a creator-focused affiliate and influencer program supporting a major retail partner. • Own operational workflows across creator onboarding, partner management, tracking, compliance, and campaign execution. • Translate client and retailer goals into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables. Own Client & Creator Service • Serve as a primary point of contact for creator-related workflows, ensuring timely communication, clear expectations, and high-quality follow-through. • Partner closely with internal teams and external platforms to manage creator activity, approvals, and program needs. • Participate in client meetings and confidently present updates, insights, and recommendations. Program Operations & Performance Support • Oversee tracking setup, reporting processes, and budget pacing tied to creator performance. • Monitor performance trends and surface insights related to creator impact, content effectiveness, and partner opportunities. • Ensure programs remain compliant with retailer, network, and platform requirements. Grow Influencer & Affiliate Expertise • Stay current on creator commerce trends, influencer platforms, and affiliate best practices, particularly within retail and creator ecosystems. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and workflows for creator programs. • Contribute proactively to a collaborative, fast-moving affiliate and influencer team environment. WHAT YOU BRING • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships, preferably within an agency or platform environment, with hands-on experience managing programs through affiliate platforms. • Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (such as Impact) and creator commerce or influencer platforms (such as LTK, ShopMy, or similar) is required. • Strong client service mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously. • Comfort with performance reporting, spreadsheets, and operational program management. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail. • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach—you anticipate needs and take ownership. • Familiarity with retail or creator-led commerce programs is a strong plus. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely. We’re in search of a Senior Account Manager who will be at the intersection of creative & media for top-tier, digitally native consumer brands. This role requires digital marketing knowledge across paid social channels like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap. You’ll get to work with exceptional clients, brands, and team members with tons of opportunity to grow and learn. What you'll be diving into day-to-day: Plan and deliver weekly and monthly creative deliverables, ensuring they align with client goals and performance data. Collaborate with internal teams to translate strategy into production, helping execute paid creative at scale. Proactively share updates, manage changes, and surface opportunities that improve creative impact and workflow efficiency. Clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing, performance summaries, creative strategy, and areas for growth opportunity with clients.
