The successful candidate will be a creative thinker and problem solver, with a track record in education and training. In this highly visible role, you’ll be responsible for managing initiatives and contributing to team efforts, such as developing and tracking key performance indicators, coordinating client training initiatives and working groups, and making recommendations for process improvement. Note that this position does fulfill administrative tasks as assigned. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to help shape education for active duty Service members and healthcare professionals on a global scale. Typical responsibilities include: Assist in facilitation and coordination of high-level meetings, ensuring that materials are relevant, quality checked, and ensuring that minutes are submitted on time. Conduct research and analysis to develop white papers, briefings, standard operating procedures, procedural instructions, and executive summaries. Create and maintain reporting metrics for major initiatives via measures of effectiveness and performance. Develop concise, professional, and compelling executive presentations on major initiatives for division, program, and government officials. Update and maintain multiple forward-facing, client SharePoint sites. Promote continuous process improvement and standardization by proactively identifying gaps in service, training, or other processes and drafting recommendations and solutions. Coordinate with offsite, remote, and external teams to conduct data calls, complete tasks, and manage initiatives. Responsibilities • Lead the design and creation of graphics, digital media, and visual content for change effort communications across a diversity of formats (e.g., briefings, newsletters, flyers, posters, fact sheets, websites, social media, news and announcements, trifolds, and branding materials) • Lead the development of communication artifacts • Develop and distribute newsletters on a quarterly basis to provide updates to stakeholders • Craft and refine messages to align with the organization’s brand and strategic goals, ensuring communications are clear, concise, and engaging for stakeholders • Use visual storytelling techniques to communicate complex changes in an accessible way, helping stakeholders adopt new processes and transition smoothly to the future state • Collaborate with OCM specialists, graphic designers, and the client to create content that aligns with OCM assessments and stakeholder management insights • Update and manage content on the client’s internal website and other identified digital platforms to ensure consistent and up-to-date information • Develop and implement social media strategies for client to increase engagement and reach among stakeholders, coordinating with web designers and content creators • Monitor social media trends, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital communication channels • Ensure all communication materials adhere to copyright regulations, brand guidelines, and organizational values • Develop comprehensive communication strategies and engagement plans to support the client program • Define clear communication goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts • Track and analyze communication effectiveness using metrics such as audience reach, engagement, and sentiment analysis to inform adjustments to strategies and tactics • Work closely with program offices, graphic designers, and other communication teams to ensure consistent and coordinated messaging across all communication channels Qualifications: Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field • At least 7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related fields, with a strong track record of leading communication initiatives • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Expertise in visual storytelling, graphic design, and the creation of digital media • Advanced proficiency in communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems • People management experience • U.S. Citizenship Preferred Qualifications • Military experience is highly preferred • Advanced certification in Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent fields is a plus • Additional certifications in leadership or strategic communication are advantageous • Federal Consulting Experience Preferred #LI-Remote About Us: Perks of working at NetImpact Strategies • Your health comes first – we offer comprehensive medical, dental, & vision insurance that starts the first of the month after you join the team • Invest in your future – 401(k) Plan – Immediately vested employer contributions; no matching required • Work hard, play hard – we offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, one (1) additional day of paid wellness leave per calendar year, and observe ten (10) federal holidays • Pawsitively pawesome – Pet Insurance (because our little critters are part of our families, too!) • Invest in your education – Tuition reimbursement, internal training programs, & company-sponsored industry certifications! • Be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment recently ranked by The Washington Post as a Top Work Place in 2019, 2021,2022, 2023, & 2024! • Have fun and celebrate and give back – Team building activities, community volunteering, quarterly HQ days, wellness events, happy hours, family fun events, and more! This position entails leading large-scale, complex programs from conception through completion, ensuring they align with and advance the organization's strategic goals. The Senior Program Manager provides visionary leadership, and optimizes resource utilization. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to influence and collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. • To be successful in this role, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) skillset required will encompass business process re-engineering, organizational change strategy, people management, and executive presence. Responsibilities: • Serve as the single point of accountability for all project management activities • Apply and implement metric-focused delivery model for workstream and contract performance reporting, including defining the metrics, processes, feedback loops, and continuous improvement practices • Collaborate with leadership to assemble and assimilate a new delivery team, ensuring seamless operational and cultural integration with the technical implementation team and customer environment • Rapidly evaluate OCM needs based on an aggressive technical modernization schedule and complex customer environment to set vision, and strategy – formulating actionable plan to achieve goals • Create the environmental infrastructure (e.g., standard operating procedures (SOPs), tools, team dynamic factor, collaboration requirements) for a strong foundation that evolves with the discovery process • Ensure alignment with the client’s implementation schedule and provide oversight for the organizational change management (OCM) workstreams • Submit Status Reports, summarizing completed efforts, deliverables, and anticipated work • Develop OCM strategy and provide leadership and oversight to ensure strategically-aligned execution that evolves with organizational readiness, stakeholder input, capability development and technical rollouts, and programmatic direction • Develop and execute a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan to guide proactive management of a complex stakeholder landscape that include internal organizations and group as well as external stakeholders such as other federal agencies, state/local government, industry partners, and organizations such as unions and policy groups • Coalesces and synchronizes stakeholder management with modernization activities, inter-dependent technical workstreams, and OCM support areas such as change planning, stakeholder coordination, communications and messaging, public relations, and sponsorship management • Defines overarching change management strategy and aligns team to an adopter-oriented, data-driven OCM approach • Oversees the definition and tracking of KPIs to measure program success • Lead pressure-testing of strategy for refinement, pivoting team direction for improved effectiveness, accelerated roadmap delivery, and high velocity adoption • Provide and implement a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tool to manage change, ensuring compliance with government data protection standards • Collaborate with multiple departments to update the content on client’s internal digital platforms • Guide workstream to establish agile processes to facilitate tailoring needs and application maintenance • Prioritize and sequence activities in alignment with OCM needs, seamlessly integration tool use with OCM and removing roadblocks for the implementation team Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree with 12 years in leading large-scale, complex transformational or modernization initiatives • Diverse organizational change and stakeholder management experience • Excellent leadership and team/people management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire others, foster trust, and develop strong relationships and rapport • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise modernizations, with strong experience collaborating with technical and specialized experts • Experience working directly with C suite executives on strategy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with complex technical implementations and leads with optimism and confidence through ambiguity and challenging situations • Microsoft Office Suite expertise (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) • U.S. Citizen Preferred: • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certifications is a plus • Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification) are desirable • Extensive knowledge of project management software and tools • Previous Federal Consulting Experience #LI-Remote About Us: Perks of working at NetImpact Strategies • Your health comes first – we offer comprehensive medical, dental, & vision insurance that starts the first of the month after you join the team • Invest in your future – 401(k) Plan – Immediately vested employer contributions; no matching required • Work hard, play hard – we offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, one (1) additional day of paid wellness leave per calendar year, and observe ten (10) federal holidays • Pawsitively pawesome – Pet Insurance (because our little critters are part of our families, too!) • Invest in your education – Tuition reimbursement, internal training programs, & company-sponsored industry certifications!
