We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to own the end-to-end experience of NetBox Enterprise, our self-hosted offering for customers operating in complex and regulated environments. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll partner closely with Engineering, Cloud and Core Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure enterprise customers can deploy, operate, and scale NetBox reliably in their own infrastructure. This role is ideal for a seasoned product manager who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in fast-moving startup environments, and is motivated by solving deeply technical problems that directly impact customer success, adoption, and revenue. What You’ll Do Own the NetBox Enterprise product experience end-to-end, including deployment, upgrades, air-gapped support, multi-node architectures, reliability, and enterprise integrations such as SSO and LDAP Serve as the voice of enterprise customers—many in regulated industries—by deeply understanding their operational realities, compliance requirements, and deployment constraints Engage directly with existing and prospective enterprise customers to validate use cases, gather requirements, and identify opportunities to improve adoption and value Partner closely with the Enterprise Engineering team to define strategy and direction for on-prem and self-hosted delivery technologies Collaborate with Cloud and Core Product Managers to align priorities and roadmaps across deployment models and ensure enterprise needs are reflected in platform investments Contribute to Enterprise packaging and pricing strategy by identifying value drivers and partnering with Product, Finance, and Sales Get hands-on with NetBox products to refine features, validate releases, and directly engage with customer issues and feedback Identify opportunities to accelerate adoption and revenue, applying an experimental and iterative approach to growing the Enterprise business What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in product management roles within B2B enterprise software, with 3+ years in a high-growth startup environment Proven experience building and scaling enterprise or on-prem software, preferably in regulated industries such as financial services, government, healthcare, or telecom Strong track record of owning products across the full lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through launch and iteration Deep understanding of the operational realities of self-hosted software, including deployment automation, upgrades, backup and restore, and air-gapped environments Strong business instincts with a clear understanding of how product decisions impact revenue, adoption, and customer value Technical depth to engage credibly with engineering teams and enterprise customers, balancing technical constraints with go-to-market needs Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise relationships Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists Bonus Qualifications Experience working with open source software projects and communities Background in networking, infrastructure, or large-scale IT systems Product management experience with infrastructure, platform, or other deeply technical software products Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, or container-based deployment models Hands-on experience as a network engineer, DevOps engineer, or software engineer Our culture and values We own and solve problems with high attention to detail. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to define portfolio-level narrative and messaging, lead product launches, and ensure our products resonate with enterprise, mid-market, and practitioner audiences. This role is ideal for a senior product marketer who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is motivated by shipping work that directly supports revenue, adoption, and how NetBox Labs shows up in the market. What You’ll Do Define and evolve NetBox Labs’ core product and portfolio narrative as the company scales and expands into multiple products Establish clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions across products, audiences, and use cases Translate technical capabilities into buyer-specific narratives for different buying centers, balancing depth with clarity Ensure consistent storytelling across the website, product launches, sales motions, and external communications Lead product launch strategy and execution, including launch frameworks, readiness, and success metrics Partner with Sales on enablement including persona development, talk tracks, objection handling, proof points, and competitive battlecards Collaborate with Marketing on analyst relations and broader go-to-market initiatives Deliver ongoing competitive and market intelligence to inform product and GTM strategy What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles in enterprise technology sector with 3+ years of experience in high-growth startup environments Proven experience supporting B2B SaaS products in complex technical domains such as Networking and Infrastructure, Security or Observability Strong experience with sales-led enterprise and mid-market go-to-market motions Strong written and verbal communication and influence skills. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working alongside an experienced, proven Partner Sales team, the Partner Marketing Manager will focus on continuing the company’s impressive growth in the enterprise market. What you'll do in this role: Collaborate closely with Partner Sales to develop marketing strategies that accelerate partner-sourced opportunity creation and result in closed-won deals. Provide frequent communication, collateral, and ongoing enablement to drive partner sales engagement and fuel partner-led marketing campaigns. Plan, execute, and measure co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive brand attach, enterprise demand generation, pipeline growth, and partner engagement globally.
