This role focuses on technical and on-page SEO, paid search and paid social campaign execution, and performance analysis to improve traffic quality, engagement, and conversion outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong experience working directly in SEO and paid media platforms, is comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once, and can quickly contribute to active campaigns with minimal ramp time. This position requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners while working in modern analytics and content management tools. NOTE - This is a remote opportunity preferably sitting in Central or Eastern Time Zones. Responsibilities: • Technical + On-Page SEO: • All facets are critical early (technical + on-page + content optimization). • Hands-on experience addressing crawlability, indexation, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization. • Paid Media Execution (not ownership): • LinkedIn, Meta, and Google • Comfortable working with >$100k/month budgets, operating under a Paid Media Manager. • Analytics & Reporting: • Must work in GA4, Looker Studio • Able to support migration of reports into Power BI (hands-on, not just exposure). • Enterprise CMS: • Must have experience with enterprise grade CMS Platforms (i.e. Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, Kentico, etc.) - WordPress-only backgrounds will not be a fit. • Internal agency model: Not a sourcing differentiator — execution capability is what matters most. The successful candidate will play a critical role finalizing the onboarding of one data inventory tool and then quickly pivot to sunsetting, or offboarding the existing platform. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization without direct authority. Key Responsibilities: Finalize the project roadmap and onboarding of a new sensitive data scanning tool and lead the transition to BAU post implementation. Lead project planning to sunset, or offboard an existing tool. This will require engagement across multiple lines of business and teams within the organization. Work up, down, and across the organization, including influencing without direct authority. Engage with key stakeholders, including Corporate Information Security (CIS), Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), and Enterprise Data & Analytics Services (EDAS), and others to plan the sunsetting of the outgoing tool.
