What you’ll do: • Collaborate with Customer Support and other teams to investigate and solve challenging problems reported by our customers • Participate in group triage, bug-fix and code review sessions, ensuring we provide quick, accurate and reliable solutions to our customers • Partner with Product teams, ensuring detailed knowledge of new and existing features enabling us to be subject matter experts and deliver first-class support for our customers • Provide constructive and honest feedback during triage sessions, code reviews and sprint retrospectives • Analyze customer reported issues, and develop, document and validate appropriate solutions • Occasionally meet with customers and/or third parties to deep dive on challenging problems • Occasionally prepare and deliver knowledge and/or training to peers • Engage in continuous improvement efforts What you’ll need: • 1+ years of software engineering experience • Experience supporting and developing enterprise software that exceeds industry standards for security, accessibility and user experience • Good understanding of and experience with triage, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software • Knowledge of and willingness to adapt to our technology stack: AWS and AWS services including CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CodePipeline, CloudWatch; React, Node.js, CSS and HTML, C#, .Net, MSSQL, Power BI; Databases: Relational, Snowflake (Medallion Architecture) • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting skill, communication, time management and prioritization skills • Ability to work well in a team environment and attitude to deliver on team specific goals and objectives • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, software programming and development, and technical problem solving while leveraging NAVEX’s core values Our side of the deal: • We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. • Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team. • The starting pay for this role is $75,000 per annum. • Pay progression based on your performance.
