Lead efforts to identify, research and correct complex program office accounting closure inhibitors or anomalies such as Progress Payment issues that affect NAVSEA wide FMS accounts. • Develop various policy and guidance initiatives with NAVSUP/WSS closure leads, NIPO Financial Policy leads, SEA 01C, and program office closure leads. • Develop/author improved business processes and refine published policy directives for FMS accounting and case closure. Lead NAVSEA enterprise community through changes in processes and policies. • Lead subject matter expert for emerging initiatives related to financial system/IT modernization involving the Maritime FMS community.
