Role: Product Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ Years About the Role We are looking for a thoughtful, outcome-focused Product Manager to take ownership of the product development lifecyclefrom shaping ideas with stakeholders to defining requirements, prioritizing the roadmap, and partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver meaningful product improvements. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and account teams to gather feature requests and understand business needs. - Translate high-level requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. - Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, roadmap, and release plans based on business impact, customer needs, and technical considerations. - Partner closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle. - Lead customer and stakeholder discussions, document requirements, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. - Serve as the primary product point of contact for account teams and business stakeholders, providing clarity on priorities, trade-offs, dependencies, and timelines. - Define lightweight product and delivery processes that improve team efficiency and help ensure consistent execution. - Use customer feedback, product data, analytics, and business objectives to inform product decisions. - Establish measurable success criteria and key metrics before launching features and evaluate performance after launch. - Identify and resolve open questions, risks, and cross-functional dependencies before they become blockers for engineering. - Create and maintain internal product documentation, release notes, and other product-related materials as needed. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with experience building and managing SaaS products. - Proven experience owning products or features throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle. - Strong experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and customers. - Demonstrated ability to write clear product requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed product decisions. - Comfortable working with SQL and independently querying data to investigate questions, validate assumptions, and support product decisions. - Experience reasoning through complex business rules, workflows, and system states, including understanding how changes to business rules may impact existing data and functionality. - Ability to translate complex business needs into simple, well-scoped, actionable product solutions. - Comfortable using AI tools as part of your day-to-day product workflow, with the judgment to validate and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs. - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate and maintain working-hour overlap with teams operating in Eastern Time (ET). Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Experience working in healthcare, logistics, benefits administration, claims, EDI billing, or other regulated or operationally complex industries. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and lightweight project management practices. - Experience translating business requirements into technical and functional product requirements. - Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders to identify problems and define solutions. - Experience launching an LLM/AI-powered product or feature to real users. - Experience with benefits administration, healthcare claims processing, or EDI/X12 billing workflows. This role is responsible for engaging customers, Support hearing health needs, educating individuals about hearing wellness, scheduling appointments, and supporting growth through community outreach and customer relationship building. Location: On-Site, Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center. Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities: • Have a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center (HAC) products and services • Set the stage for full test, and full boat purchase when interacting with Members • Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers • Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist that works in the center • Promote and sell non hearing aid products when Members with whom they engage do not have hearing loss • A 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales is expected • Learn and use the handheld screener (when able per state regulations) and use as intercepting tool to get qualified leads • Assist, when necessary, calling past tested Members, with or without sales, and medical referrals to schedule return visits • Promote the HAC during Sam’s club events, Hearing Aid Center events, and possibly outside marketing events • Will be based in HAC but will spend 95% of the time walking/working the club, intercepting, and setting tests Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience • Experience working with PC hardware and software including general computer and Internet knowledge • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational, problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, and presentation skills • Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling • Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.
