Lead Kinaxis Maestro module implementations, solve complex technical design issues, manage client interactions, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to technical solutioning. | Senior-level experience in Kinaxis Maestro SCM implementations, strong analytical and communication skills, client management experience, and preferred Kinaxis certifications. | Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards. • Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams. • Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos. • Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization. • Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance. • Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality. • Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing. • Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design. Minimum Qualifications / Skills • Experience in supply chain consulting, with at least focused on Kinaxis Maestro implementations. • Proven track record of leading technical solution design and implementation within SCM platforms. • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; able to diagnose complex issues across configuration, integration, and data layers. • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders. • Experience managing module timelines, risks, and client relationships in complex delivery environments Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Certification in Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 2 or 3 • Deep understanding of multiple Maestro modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management. • Proficiency in scripting and developing reusable technical components or code libraries. • Experience designing scalable architectures aligned with a client’s digital transformation strategy. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools used in enterprise project delivery. • Contributions to practice development through knowledge-sharing, playbook creation, or thought leadership initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest Pega Customer Service for Healthcare framework and Contact Center capabilities. Requirements: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory. 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, including at least 2+ years as a Pega LSA. Strong expertise in Pega 8.x or later, with deep knowledge of Pega Customer Service for Healthcare. Experience implementing Healthcare Contact Center workflows (member inquiries, benefits, prior authorization, claims, appeals, provider interactions, etc.).
