They are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and team coordination while managing budgets and stakeholder communications. Responsibilities • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for project execution. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. • Assign and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives. • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. • Track project issues and ensure timely resolution to keep the project on track. • Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans as needed. • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses to ensure costs remain within approved limits. • Forecast resource needs and allocate them effectively throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide regular updates on project financials to stakeholders. • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and changes. • Prepare and deliver project progress reports, presentations, and documentation. • Facilitate meetings and workshops to align stakeholders on project goals and outcomes. • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. • Implement project monitoring systems to track progress and performance. • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
