Job purpose The Encompass Help Desk role supports the Encompass360 software application. The role is responsible for supporting Sales and Operations employees with system access, troubleshooting day to day concerns from employees, as well as creating reports and supporting Encompass Administrator. Duties and responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to Encompass users via phone, email, and remote desktop. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Encompass loan origination system. Assist with the configuration and customization of Encompass settings to meet user needs. Maintain and update user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Document and track support requests, issues, and resolutions using the help desk ticketing system. Collaborate with IT and other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to enhance user proficiency. Stay current with Encompass updates, new features, and best practices. Qualifications Two years recent experience in loan origination system support experience preferred Previous Mortgage industry experience preferred Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass LOS preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred Previous system support experience preferred. Position salary depending on experience, range $50,000 to $75,0000. This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of Salesforce, telephony, custom applications, loan origination systems, and all AI initiatives across the organization. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to focus on the development of our Power BI reporting environment. The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating impactful dashboards and reports which deliver meaningful data to our business leaders in order to achieve organizational goals. This role will do more than compile tabular data; this role will have an opportunity to use data to tell a story, and help our team, as well as business leaders, derive meaningful insights. The right candidate will have a strong background with Power BI. They will be detail oriented, with the ability to infer business needs and develop reporting solutions using data visualization best practices including leveraging Gestalt principles, Storytelling with Data, and visualization selection principals.
