WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Analyze compensation and competitive data, including market benchmarks and internal factors, to set pay levels, evaluate equity and competitiveness and support total rewards programs. • Manage salary survey data, ensuring timely submission and organization to maintain accurate compensation benchmarks. • Utilize data modeling and analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation programs and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements. • Design and present dashboards, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives and HR leaders, to drive informed decision-making. • Support the design, implementation, communication and administration of deferred compensation, incentive, pay, and recognition programs that attract and retain talent while ensuring compliance with compensation-related regulations. • Provide guidance and support on compensation-related matters to management and employees.
