This is a key role that specializes in writing code, cognizant of software governance and architecture, tracks down bugs, creates integration with ancillary applications, and is a key player in the software development cycle. Responsibilities: Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:  * Build, consume, document, and integrate APIs in a development, test and production environment supporting the Credit Union’s Software Platform (on premise and cloud). * Development of Widgets and Micro services for Online banking SDK Development. * Development of functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end. * Participate in agile ceremonies. * Follow requirements to create solutions. * Assists with documentation of code and development processes. * Development of applications on web-based platforms.  * Development of application using Latest AI technologies is desirable.  * Familiar in latest software development technology.  * Familiar in project source control technology.  * Knowledge of security and encryption protocols. * Follow standardized methods and procedures used for efficient and prompt handling of all development requests. * Adhere to all regulatory compliance training inclusive of BSA/AML/OFAC and overall BSA/AML/OFAC compliance. * Participate in monthly on-call rotation. * Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned. * Written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to communicate with other members of the team.      Requirements:  * Understanding of .NET architecture and object-oriented programming with C# or VB.NET. Desired understanding of XML/XSLT, SOAP and Web Services. * Familiarity with Web Technologies such as ASP.NET, CSS, and HTML. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The Vendor Risk Manager administers MCU’s vendor risk management program, ensuring compliance with NCUA, NYDFS, and FFIEC requirements and protecting the credit union from third-party operational and compliance risks Responsibilities: Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Lead the end-to-end Vendor Risk Management Program in alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., NCUA, NYDFS, FFIEC) and internal policies. * Manage the vendor due diligence lifecycle including risk assessments, contracting support, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding processes. * Facilitate periodic reviews of critical and high-risk vendors, including SOC reports, financial health, cybersecurity practices, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics. * Collaborate with Enterprise Risk, Legal, Information Security, and business units to evaluate and mitigate vendor risks. * Provides subject-matter expertise to business lines on vendor selection, onboarding, and risk remediation. * Maintain the Vendor Risk Register and ensure vendor risk ratings are accurate and current. * Coordinate with internal audit and external examiners on vendor risk management reviews. * Develop and deliver periodic vendor risk reports to senior management and the Board, including risk exposure, trends, and performance metrics. * Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the Vendor Risk Management Program. * Provide coaching and oversight to staff or cross-functional teams involved in vendor risk activities. * Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned. Expertise with IIS, expertise leading and owning initiatives to optimize deployment process, implement best practices like blue/green or canary deployments, and ensure application availability, scalability, and security. * Expert-level experience with Symitar and its related technologies such as PowerOn, SymXchange, OpCon, and ARCU. This is a key differentiator for a senior role in this domain. * Other: Desirable experience with SharePoint for collaborative products and workflows.
