You will play a pivotal role in fostering positive employee relations, handling corrective actions, leading investigations, and supporting HR Business Partners across all company locations. You will report to the VP of HR. A day in the life: • Foster positive employee relations across the organization. • Handle corrective actions with consistency and fairness. • Lead and manage complex employee investigations. • Support HR Business Partners across all company locations. • Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with company values. • Ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational objectives. • Develop and execute HR strategies in line with the company’s overall strategy. • Design and implement strategic employee relations programs. • Lead innovative approaches to employee engagement. • Collaborate as part of the HR Management team to shape HR direction and impact. Your areas of knowledge and expertise: • 7 yrs + of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles • Focus on employee relations, investigations, and engagement is required. • SHRM-SCP or SPHR is highly preferred Compensation and Benefits: $100,000 - $115,000 base annually, and a 15.5% potential bonus. Benefits including comprehensive health, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401K matching, and generous PTO.
