We're looking for a fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about helping people and thrives on solving problems. Many of the truckers we support are Spanish-speaking, so the ability to confidently communicate in both English and Spanish is essential to this role. Shift Options (Eastern Time): • Thursday – Monday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM • Saturday – Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM • Friday – Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM • Tuesday – Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM • Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Saturday – Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Expectations (In this role, you will): We hold a high bar for customer support and we're proud of it. The pay range for this role is $25 - $28 per hour. As a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll ensure revenue operations run smoothly, deliver world-class customer experiences, and shape strategies for future products. This role is highly cross-functional that spearheads different teams and product lines, driving insights through analysis, optimizing operations, and enabling growth.
