In this role, you will be the central point of contact, responsible for developing and executing holistic marketing strategies that encompass digital channels and traditional core products. You will be a true client partner, providing expert guidance on audience targeting, campaign execution, and cross-channel attribution. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of ad tech expertise and direct marketing knowledge, with a passion for building unified, high-performing campaigns. What you'll do Holistic Client Strategy: Serve as the lead strategic advisor for a dedicated portfolio of clients, developing and managing comprehensive omni-channel marketing plans that achieve their business objectives. Digital Campaign Management: Oversee the setup, launch, and daily optimization of programmatic campaigns across DSPs. Monitor performance against client KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Mail Campaign Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure the execution of various core and mail offerings. Integrated Campaign Execution: Develop innovative strategies that connect digital behavior with offline actions. Create seamless customer journeys by linking digital advertising with targeted direct mail drops. Technical & Platform Expertise: Act as the internal and external expert on our omni-channel platform. Troubleshoot programmatic ad serving issues, data discrepancies, and direct mail integration challenges, liaising with technical teams as needed. Performance Analysis & Attribution: Prepare and present unified performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Analyze data from all channels to provide a holistic view of performance, focusing on online-to-offline attribution and overall return on investment. Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and the introduction of new omni-channel solutions. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure revenue growth and client retention. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years of experience in account management or client services. Proven experience managing both digital campaigns (in a DSP, ad server, or agency) and traditional mail campaigns. Strong working knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (RTB, DSPs, PMPs, DMPs). Demonstrable understanding of the core mail process, including audience data, list segmentation, USPS regulations, and print production basics. Exceptional analytical skills with experience in cross-channel reporting and an understanding of online-to-offline attribution models. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into a simple, compelling story for clients. Preferred Experience Hands-on experience with major DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Google DV360) and/or data onboarding platforms (e.g., LiveRamp). Familiarity with connecting digital identifiers (cookies, MAIDs) to physical addresses. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamix and HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).

Leading client strategy, managing multi-channel marketing programs, and coordinating cross-team efforts to ensure campaign success. | Extensive experience in marketing or advertising, managing large client accounts, and leveraging data analytics for campaign optimization. | About the role We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Platform and Client Solutions Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising or media agency environments with demonstrated experience managing large or complex client accounts. This role will be the primary liaison with a focused set of clients, confidently leading strategy discussions, identifying opportunities, managing budgets, anticipating and solving potential issues, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly and meet client objectives. A core component of this role is driving media strategy and execution through our proprietary SaaS platform, designed to deliver scalable, omnichannel media solutions at the local level. This role will guide clients in leveraging the platform to activate, optimize, and measure performance across channels, translating national or regional strategy into effective local-market execution. What You’ll Do Account Leadership & Client Strategy Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Lead regular strategy and planning discussions to align marketing initiatives with client business goals. Translate client objectives into clear, actionable plans and briefs for internal teams. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, reporting, and issue resolution. Program Execution & Delivery Oversee the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Develop and manage program timelines, deliverables, and workflows across initiatives. Maintain quality control across all client-facing work and campaign outputs. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate cross-functional teams (data & analytics, strategy, operations, technology) to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Facilitate clear communication and consistent updates between internal teams and clients. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Partner with data analytics and strategy teams to monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities. Use data and insights to guide client discussions and recommendations. Support the definition and tracking of KPIs and performance metrics. Budget, Scope & Operations Management Manage account budgets, scopes of work, and forecasts, escalating risks or changes as needed. Monitor resource allocation and ensure efficient use of agency time and tools Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows that support the account. Account Growth & Retention Identify opportunities to expand programs or services in support of client goals. Partner with leadership and sales teams on renewals, upsells, and incremental growth opportunities. Assist in proposal development and account expansion efforts as needed. Industry & Client Expertise Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends, platforms, and best practices relevant to client needs. Bring informed perspectives and recommendations to clients, particularly within Financial Services and/or Telecom. Other duties as assigned by leadership. What You Bring Proven experience leading strategy discussions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Industry experience in Insurance or Telecom is highly desirable; experience in other Financial Services, Tech, or B2B sectors is a plus. Experience leveraging data-driven insights to guide decisions and optimize campaign performance. Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with budgeting, scope management, and ROI-focused planning for client campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients and internal teams. Strong collaborative mindset, able to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client expectations effectively. Solutions-oriented, highly organized, and capable of anticipating and resolving challenges independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment while managing multiple priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years in marketing, advertising, or program management roles with a focus on consumer-centric, multi-channel campaigns.
