We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic SDR Lead to own and build Moxie’s outbound efforts—personally driving qualified meetings and pipeline and making outbound a core, measurable part of how we grow. This is a true player-coach role with a clear path to leadership, where you’ll shape how outbound works at Moxie and grow into managing and scaling an SDR team over time. We already have strong demand and a capable sales team. What we don’t yet have is a dedicated outbound SDR function. This role will fully own outbound—from prospecting and messaging to booking meetings and partnering with AEs on pipeline quality—and turn it into a reliable, repeatable source of qualified pipeline. Our Objectives for the Role Build a repeatable outbound SDR motion that consistently produces qualified meetings and pipeline month over month Personally execute outbound as a player-coach, carrying individual targets while defining best practices and standards Partner closely with outbound AEs and Marketing to align targeting, messaging, and handoffs that convert Use data and experimentation to diagnose what’s working, fix what isn’t, and steadily improve conversion and pipeline quality Establish a consistent outbound operating rhythm, including regular reporting on activity, results, and pipeline impact Lay the foundation to scale outbound through clear documentation, process, and early hiring readiness We’re Looking For Prior experience carrying quota or targets tied to meetings or pipeline in an outbound role Strong outbound fundamentals: prospecting, messaging, objection handling, and sequencing Comfort with high-volume outbound activity and the persistence required to make it work Strong pattern recognition—able to quickly identify what messaging, segments, and approaches convert Comfort operating in early-stage, ambiguous environments where structure must be created Proven ability to partner closely with AEs and Marketing to drive pipeline outcomes Fluency in modern outbound and CRM tooling (Salesloft or Outreach experience strongly preferred) Clear, confident communicator who can coach others and influence cross-functionally Ambition to grow into people leadership and scale a team Compensation Compensation for this role ranges from $100,000–$130,000 OTE, with a base/commission split of either 70/30 or 75/25, depending on experience and final scope. Because this is the first role of its kind at Moxie, we’ll work closely with the person in this role to define clear, achievable variable targets during the first few months. To support that ramp period, full commission will be guaranteed for the first four months as we align on goals and metrics together. Why Join Us? Provide medical direction and supervision to nurse injectors and mid-level providers in aesthetic medicine, review clinical documents, be on call for emergencies, and partner with providers through the software platform. | Must be an MD or DO with an active California medical license, preferably with a background in Surgery or Dermatology, formal training in injectables, and previous aesthetic medicine experience. | At Moxie, we empower entrepreneurs to launch, run, and grow their own aesthetics businesses with a combination of software and services. We work with talented nurse injectors to empower them to build independent businesses. We help connect Medical Directors to RN, NP, and PA providers, to provide insight into state regulations and standards of care. Our providers work through our software platform which streamlines administrative tasks to allow you to focus on medical partnership. Review SOPs, consent forms, charts, etc. Be on call in case of emergency Provide general supervision according to state law Once vetted, you will interview and choose to partner with the injectors of your choice, at the rates you set. You can work with as many injectors as you choose and state law permits. Requirements: MD or DO with an active California state license MDs with backgrounds in Surgery or Dermatology preferred Experienced MDs with any aesthetic background who have mid-level capacity Previous aesthetic medicine experience, either as a practitioner or collaborating physician Formal training with injectables and other aesthetic services Benefits: Pay & Perks Competitive compensation Malpractice and liability are covered Other Info: This is a PC owner position - Moxie manages everything on your behalf for the PC Experience in either Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Ophthalmology, or Oculoplastic Surgery is a plus We’re specifically looking for Medical Directors licensed to practice in CA.
