This role can be based in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Austin, Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C. https://www.mofo.com/offices ABOUT THE ROLE The Information Security Portfolio & Product Manager is responsible for the execution, governance, and delivery of the Information Security portfolio in alignment with firm priorities and Information Security objectives. This role ensures that security initiatives, regulatory commitments, and risk-reduction capabilities are appropriately prioritized, resourced, and delivered. The position partners with security product owners and engineering leads to ensure roadmaps are executable, aligned, and sustainably supported, while ensuring high levels of client service and satisfaction across all areas of responsibility. Information Security Portfolio & Delivery Governance Own the security portfolio operating model, including roadmap, prioritization, sequencing, and execution tracking. Translate strategy, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements into delivered security capabilities. Govern security initiatives, products, and platforms to align delivery with firm risk tolerance and leadership expectations. Execution, Capacity & Risk Management Accountable for delivery of complex, cross-functional security initiatives. Monitor execution health, dependencies, milestones, and risks; intervene to prevent audit, client, or regulatory escalations. Manage capacity, enforce priorities, and surface trade-offs and resourcing decisions. Audit, Regulatory & Stakeholder Enablement Coordinate security delivery for audits, regulatory obligations, and client reviews. Partner with Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance to execute requirements. Provide executive reporting, decision support, and timely issue escalation; represent Information Security in operational forums. ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of leadership experience in security products, platforms, and capabilities within regulated, professional services, or complex enterprise environments. Proven delivery of large-scale security, risk, and regulatory initiatives. Deep expertise across core information security domains, including governance, risk, compliance, incident response, security engineering, and data protection.
