This position supports daily administrative operations by ensuring records are complete, organized, and up to date. Key Responsibilities • Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. • Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Verify and correct data discrepancies when identified. • Maintain organized electronic and physical records. • Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management. • Retrieve and compile information for reports and administrative requests. • Perform routine data quality checks and updates. • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. • Assist administrative teams with general clerical tasks as needed. • Meet established productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time requirements. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred. • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and similar office software. • Strong typing and computer skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
