As Site Engineering Manager, you’ll lead supervisors, engineers, and technicians supporting production and transitioning select development programs within Moog’s Power & Data team. Collaborating cross-functionally with Value Stream Management, Program Management, Purchasing, and other key stakeholders. Participating in technical committees to drive innovation and productivity. To be considered for Site Engineering Manager you’ll need: Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering with 5 years of relevant experience OR bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering with 7 years of relevant experience (Candidates with other engineering disciplines may be considered if they have strong mechanical/electrical experience.) 5 years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive results.
