About the role: We're looking for a Strategic Sales Development Rep (SDR) who will be responsible for identifying and contacting net new prospects for potential new business on the larger side. This person must maintain a high volume of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to help create qualified opportunities for our sales team. This person will help build the outbound playbook, partnering closely with one or more of our account executives to expand their book of business. Finding creative solutions to unlock the value of our product. Learn our customers’ data infrastructure so you can be prescriptive on how they should implement Monte Carlo. • Firm understanding of some of the following: cloud data warehousing, data lakes, ETL concepts and workflows, BI solutions, SQL, and working with APIs; Networking experience a plus. • Experienced in Business Value Assessment; use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solutions to multiple audiences. • Worked with Enterprise customers before and managed multiple stakeholders and priorities. • Been part of a high-performing team. We hold ourselves to a high bar and set ambitious goals. • Experience identifying and improving internal and customer-facing processes. • Previously worked in a startup environment.
