Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines for merchandising. Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management team. Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated and presentable at all times. What can you expect from us? The base salary range for this position is $31,300 to $54,400; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. How you will contribute Support execution of Global RGM Analytics projects from data preparation through insight delivery with a focus on: Pricing, Promo, PPA & Mix Develop scalable RGM capabilities & solutions to democratize RGM across markets. Collaborate closely with Global, Regional & Local Teams to ensure timely and high-quality analytics outputs. What extra ingredients you will bring: Experience 2–3 years of professional experience in business analytics, data science, or commercial insights, preferably within FMCG/CPG or consulting. Foundational understanding of core analytical techniques such as regression, price elasticity modeling, promotion analytics, forecasting, or optimization. Experience with tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Alteryx for data manipulation and analysis. Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization. The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
