Job Description As the Director of User Experience, you will be the strategic partner to the VP of Product Management, helping to bridge our established SaaS foundation with our emerging Agentic AI vision. You are a master of your craft and an inspiring leader who will translate high-level strategy into tangible, world-class user experiences. This role is the engine that drives design excellence, ensuring we deliver intuitive solutions for today's customers, while defining the interaction models of tomorrow. This role is critical to accelerating our growth and delivering a world-class event management platform to our customers. Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership: Drive the evolution of our UX practice, balancing the optimization of our core SaaS platform with the integration of forward-looking "Agentic AI" capabilities. • Roadmap Execution: Own the design lifecycle from concept to delivery. You will direct the creation of scenarios, wireframes, and prototypes while maintaining the ability to jump in and design alongside your team. • Team Development: Mentor and scale a high-performing team of designers and researchers, fostering a culture obsessed with solving customer problems and continuous improvement. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Engineering and Product Management to ensure design is a key driver in our product strategy, ensuring technical feasibility without sacrificing user centricity. • Research-Driven Decisions: Operationalize user research to validate complex workflows, ensuring users trust both our traditional tools and new autonomous features. Qualifications • Experience: 10+ years in UX design with leadership experience in high-growth B2B SaaS. • Leadership: Proven success leading UX teams with a "player-coach" mentality; you can guide strategy one moment and dive into Figma the next. • Forward-Thinking: Experience designing for complex logic or automation is essential. Exposure to AI, LLMs, or conversational interfaces is a strong plus. • Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of various web technologies and how to design within an Agile development environment. • Communication: Exceptional ability to build alignment with executives and articulate how design decisions impact business goals.
