Lead complex technology projects in supply chain and manufacturing, managing teams, budgets, and stakeholders. | Bachelor's degree and 5+ years managing complex projects with Agile, Waterfall, and financial/vendor management skills required. | A Day In Your Life at MKS: You lead complex, high-impact technology initiatives within the Office of the CIO. You drive project strategy, ensure alignment with enterprise goals, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver results on time, within scope, and budget. In addition to overseeing project execution, you mentor junior project managers, support continuous improvement of PMO practices, and act as a key liaison between stakeholders and leadership. Key Functional Experience: The position will mostly cover projects in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations space. Experience in these areas is highly desirable for this position. You Make an Impact By: Lead complex, high-impact projects involving multiple departments and stakeholder groups Translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans with clear milestones and outcomes Identify resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across workstreams Drive alignment between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery Manage project budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships and ensure all financial trackers are accurate and updated on a monthly basis Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping business stakeholders through change and adoption Serve as primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and sponsors Create project artifacts and deliver reporting (project and/or sprint plans, status reports, stakeholder analysis, issues, risks and mitigation, training documentation, etc.) Ensure appropriate transition from project-mode to steady-state with business and IT teams Ensure adherence to PMO governance, reporting, and quality standards Mentor junior project managers and support the evolution of project management practices Skills You Bring: Bachelor’s degree PMP or CAPM certification preferred 5+ years of progressive experience managing complex or cross-functional projects Skills & Tools: Program-Level Coordination – Overseeing interrelated projects with shared goals Contract & Vendor Management – Managing third-party deliverables and contracts Advanced Financial Management – Lifecycle costing, ROI, and earned value management Change Management – Leading transitions, training, and adoption of new processes/tools PM Methodologies – Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models Governance & Compliance – Ensuring alignment with policies, audits, and regulations Success Measures: Successfully lead Cross functional teams for high risk or large projects Mentor and develop junior PM PM methodologies into practice Build effective working relationships with business and technical stakeholders. Compensation and Benefits: Salary Pay Range: $ 100,000.00 - 135,000.00 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable]. In this role, you will report to the Director of IT Connectivity You Will Make an Impact By: Define and execute the enterprise network security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives Partner with IT, infrastructure, and application teams to embed security into all network initiatives Influence senior stakeholders on risk posture, investment priorities, and security architecture decisions Oversee design, implementation, and lifecycle management of network security solutions including: Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC, ZTNA Network segmentation and zero trust controls Ensure secure architecture across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments Evaluate and implement new technologies to strengthen security posture Lead major security initiatives (e.g., segmentation, zero trust, cloud security) Travel Requirements: Up to 5% of Travel is required.
