Summary of Role: MMNA is seeking a District Parts & Service Manager to join our Northeast Regional Aftersales team. As a DPSM, you will be responsible for communicating, implementing, and assisting dealer parts and service departments through programs, policies, and procedures which develop and maintain a well-managed, profitable parts and service department, while developing a long-term professional relationship with dealers in the assigned district. This position supports 12 dealers in Wisconsin and Illinois. The ideal candidate must live in Wisconsin, preferably Milwaukee. Responsibilities: Regularly contact dealerships and communicate, implement, and administer Parts and Service Department programs, policies, and procedures with dealers including attainment of objectives and adherence to the dealer agreement Monitor and advise regional management of dealers’ adherence to policies and procedures in such areas of Parts Sales, Parts Inventory Control, Service Training, Warranty Administration, Consumer Relations, Customer Satisfaction, etc. Provide recommendations for operational improvements to Dealer and dealership managers which maximize and increase customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, market penetration, and dealer parts and service profitability. Provide guidance and training to dealership personnel in Inventory Control, Service Training, Warranty Administration, Consumer Relations, etc. Provide automotive technical guidance/recommendations to dealership service personnel. Provide written and verbal communication to zone and corporate management on dealer’s performance. Process, resolve and close customer inquiries. Regular Travel to dealers. Other duties as assigned or requested. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of professional exempt level automotive retail/wholesale experience including 3+ years as a District Parts/Service Manager. Prior automotive retail sales experience such as Service Representative, Service/Parts Manager, etc. Prior automotive wholesale experience in positions such as Warranty Auditor, Customer Service, etc. ASE certification in four or more areas. Must maintain a valid unconditional driver’s license and an approved driving record. Pay Transparency: The base salary for this position ranges between $90,000 to $100,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. Summary of Role: MMNA is seeking a District Sales Manager to join our North Regional Sales team. As a DSM, you will work in a business consultant capacity, assisting MMNA dealers to profitably sell Mitsubishi vehicles and accessories, while providing their customers with an excellent buying experience. This position supports 12 dealers across IA, MN, ND, NE, and SD. The ideal candidate should be located in Minnesota, preferably near Minneapolis. Responsibilities: Attain district wholesale and retail sales objectives. Contact dealerships, and coordinate wholesale, retail vehicle, and P.O.E. accessory sales activities with dealer principal, general manager and/or department managers. Develop and maintain an effective, professional long-term relationship with dealers within the assigned district. Communicate with dealerships and provide consistent direction of policies, procedures, etc. Monitor dealer’s adherence with policies and procedures, and participation in sales, marketing, and advertising programs. Advise Region management of non-compliance situations and recommend solutions. Analyze individual dealership sales, market penetration, and vehicle inventory. Develop and recommend marketing/promotional strategies to assists dealership in maximizing wholesale/retail sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Educate Dealers on the constant changes in marketing; the use of social media, electronic marketing tools, “customer” Dealer rating i.e. “Reputation”, Google Star, Cars.com etc. Enroll Dealers in the latest marketing Programs and Services. Work with Dealers on Mitsubishi logo and website compliance. Work with Dealers and their sales staff to assure they are properly trained using Mitsubishi’s Academy and MiShowroom and MiDelivery. Work with Dealers to research and resolve outstanding incentive payments. Work with Dealers in the utilization and claiming of their RDA and Co-op Funds. Coordinate, plan, and implement sales strategy with knowledge and cooperation of district counterparts. Other duties as assigned or required. Required Qualifications: Preferred 1+ years of professional exempt level automotive retail/wholesale experience or prior automotive retail sales experience such as Sales Representative, Sales Manager, F&I Manager.
