Provide military advisory support, mentor senior military leaders, deliver training on military operations, collaborate with multinational teams, and support military exercises within the INDOPACOM AOR. | Requires extensive military leadership experience, knowledge of INDOPACOM region, instructor skills, ability to deploy frequently, and possession of a Secret Clearance. | Description: • Provide military advisory support to U.S. and allied forces operating within the INDOPACOM AOR, assisting with mission planning, operational execution, and strategic assessments • Mentor and advise senior military leaders on command and staff operations, ensuring the effective use of resources, personnel, and equipment to achieve mission objectives • Deliver training and instruction on military doctrine, strategy, and operations to both U.S. and allied personnel • Collaborate with interagency and multinational teams to enhance operational coordination and effectiveness • Support the development and execution of military exercises, engagements, and other operational initiatives in support of U.S. national security interests • Conduct assessments, briefings, and after-action reviews to ensure continuous improvement and mission success • Maintain situational awareness of the regional security environment, providing timely insights and recommendations to senior leadership • Additional duties as assigned or required Requirements: • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. • Proven leadership experience in military operations, with a strong background in advising, mentoring, and instructing military personnel • Experience with the INDOPACOM AOR, with a deep understanding of the regional security landscape, operational challenges, and strategic goals • Instructor experience, with the ability to deliver complex military concepts to diverse audiences • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to communicate effectively in high-stress environments, both in writing and verbally • Willingness to deploy up to 50% of the time as required by mission needs • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance, with the continued ability to obtain a TS/SCI Benefits: • best-in-class medical, dental and vision plan choices • wellness resources • employee assistance programs • Savings Plan Options (401(k)) • financial planning tools • life insurance • employee discounts • paid holidays and paid time off • tuition reimbursement • early childhood and post-secondary education scholarships

Provide financial planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support for government contracts ensuring compliance with contractual and accounting standards. | 6+ years relevant experience with strong government contract knowledge, advanced Excel skills, organizational ability, analytical mindset, and strong communication. | Description: • Provide revenue and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to Program Managers • Lead project setup in compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and requirements • Prepare program financial Estimates at Complete (EACs) and meet deadlines for corporate submission requirements • Identify project financial risks and opportunities and provide analytical contributions in working resolution with PM, Contracts, Procurement, and Accounting • Review and assess all contract modifications • Advise the program management team of financial impacts as necessary • Monitor costs throughout the month ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct job number • Prepare accurate and complete actual vs forecast/plan variance analysis and reporting • Prepare/Support Program Management Review (PMR) presentations for management • Prepare financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for programs • Ensure contractual requirements are met and customer financial deliverables are accurate and timely • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis on the contract as requested by PMO and others • Monitor funding status, providing Project Manager with timely notification of funding status by line item detail as required • Support accounts receivable as required during billing processing ensuring billing is accurate and accounts receivable align with invoicing instructions • Prepare subcontractor and vendor accruals as GAAP and internal policies receive services/goods to ensure that the project’s cost/commitment is accurately captured and reported internally and externally • Ensure program revenue and profit are recorded in compliance with the EAC • Adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley, FAR, and all company policies and procedures regarding contract performance and financials Requirements: • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience • Must possess a strong background working with multiple government contract types • Strong working knowledge in Excel and overall MS Office suite • Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines • Must be analytical, possess strong communication and presentation skills and have the ability to work independently as well as a member of a team • Strong customer service focus Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Wellness resources • Employee assistance programs • Tuition reimbursement • Paid holidays • Paid time off • Early childhood education scholarships • Post-secondary education scholarships
