Operate forklift and electric pallet jack to pull, ship, and move products while maintaining safety and completing required documentation. | High school diploma or GED preferred, 1+ years experience with electric pallet jack and shipping/receiving, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comply with safety and company policies. | MISSION FOODS IS HIRING! Position Available: Forklift Operator (Sit Down) & (EPJ) • Must be able to work on Weekends as need it* PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Pull and ship the correct product to all customers in a reasonable time. • Pull product from designated picking areas only. Fill out picking sheet, record code dates on and sign. • Verify product & quantities fill out unloading document and move all product to the designated location. • Comply with your daily Safety Cross Inspection, cleaning assigned areas and report to your supervisor before you leave. • Comply with Kronos/ADP policy. • All paperwork generated by a Shipping Operator must be clear, complete, and readable. • Attend all scheduled meetings. • Participate and be volunteer in any special safety assignments. • Report any accident /incident immediately to Lead or supervisor in duty. • Perform any other related duties as assigned by management. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1+ Years of experience on Electric Pallet Jack. 1+ years of experience in receiving and shipping required. • Standing, Reaching, Climbing, Kneeling, Lifting, Pulling • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Fluency in English and Spanish, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, is essential. • Market Research and Opportunity Identification: conducts thorough market analysis to pinpoint new business opportunities across various territories or market segments. This involves in-depth study of the competitive landscape, consumer demand, market trends, and other socioeconomic factors influencing business success. Potential markets include, but are not limited to Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, Arkansas, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota and Wyoming. • Market Entry Strategy & Product Portfolio Development: Develops comprehensive strategies for entering new markets or launching new products. This encompasses selecting the most suitable business model, defining pricing strategies, forging strategic alliances, and adapting products or services to meet local market needs. • Business Relations, Networking & Partnership Management: Establishes and nurtures relationships with key partners, prospective clients, and other stakeholders within new territories. This includes negotiating and finalizing agreements, building strategic alliances, and actively participating in business networks and industry events. This role focuses on engaging with both small distributors and direct/indirect retailers across various potential markets. • Training & Development: Provides training and development to the marketing team in established territories. This training covers the characteristics of new markets or products, sales strategies, and essential cultural adaptations required for successful expansion into new territories. • Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Upon implementing expansion strategies, the BDM is responsible for monitoring performance metrics and making necessary adjustments to ensure the company's objectives are consistently met. • All other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing roles, preferably in the food industry. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above. • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Solid understanding of lead generation methods and business growth strategies • Heavy travel as needed. • Bilingual English and Spanish required.
