Job Description The Clinical Account Manager will take on a frontline selling role and call on different specialist hospital physicians to sell the Miltenyi Biotec Clinical Portfolio. Primary responsibility is to develop, maintain, and expand business opportunities among the assigned large accounts in a specific region of Spain (half Madrid, Castilla-Leon & Galicia). The Clinical Account Manager is the key customer-facing contact for these specific accounts in the assigned region to manage and leverage targeted opportunities and drive continuous growth and profitability for the Clinical portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Based on excellent business planning and developing a high-impact sales strategy and its execution, you will meet and exceed sales targets and deliver strategically aligned growth in your geographic area. • You will report on account progress against forecasts and account goals. Planning and execution of effective customer visits and recording of all activities and opportunities within the company's CRM is a must. • Through strong knowledge of the workflows relevant to the Miltenyi Clinical product portfolio, you will drive high-level collaborations with different specialist physicians (Hematologists, Oncologists, Internal Medicine,etc.) at all levels, bringing fresh insights and anticipating future opportunities and uncovered medical needs. Qualifications • Minimum degree BSc in a biological discipline is mandatory. An advanced degree MSc/Ph.D. in immunology, oncology, or cancer biology is desired. • Proven track record in sales within the Hospital market in Spain and experience in Cell and Gene Therapy is a strong plus. • Ability to communicate and influence change at/with senior level physicians and adapt/optimize your style of communication (medical language) if necessary. With advanced listening & negotiation skills, you are driven to achieve sales results and goals. Strong verbal and written business communication and presentation skills in both face-to-face and virtual settings, ranging from small to large groups. • Excellent time and territory management habits with the ability to make pragmatic decisions in a timely manner. You have a strong work ethic, are customer-oriented with commercial acumen and have the ability to combine high positive energy with strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a flexible person who can adapt to a changing environment and a fast-paced job. • A good command of the Office package is required. CRM understanding is a plus. Additional Information • You are based in Madrid or any other surrounding area with travel requirements estimated at 75%. • Driving license is mandatory. • Fluent English is mandatory. Operate material handling equipment, manage inventory and shipments, maintain compliance with cGMP and GDP standards, and support warehouse operations. | High school diploma with 1-2 years in regulated cGMP material handling, proficiency with ERP systems like SAP, ability to lift up to 65lbs, and adherence to safety protocols. | Your Tasks: The Material Handler I supports basic daily warehouse operations in a highly regulated environment, ensuring materials are handled, labeled, stored, and shipped safely. They follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) guidelines to maintain product quality and accurate documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow procedures consistently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), including electric pallet jacks, turret truck and similar equipment. Perform basic fundamental transactions using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning/SAP) and RF systems. Support receiving and inspecting incoming materials; verify documentation and enter data accurately in ERP systems, adhering to GDP. Label, stage, and store materials in appropriate warehouse locations, including cold storage, following cGMP and safety protocols. Pick, pack, prepare, and ship orders, including hazardous and biological materials, in compliance with cGMP and approved procedures. Reservation fulfillment to support CDMO operations efficiently and accurately. Transport materials across the site ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and safety protocols. Assist with daily and weekly inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate material tracking and inventory control. Deliver materials to internal teams such as production and quality while ensuring all movements are documented per GDP. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP, and GDP rigorously in all tasks. Use shipping software (e.g., FedEx/UPS) to prepare outbound shipments accurately and maintain related documentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas consistent with cGMP requirements. Comply with all applicable safety regulations, including use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives or projects. Support general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years of experience in a regulated cGMP material management environment and basic operating experience with SAP and proficiency in similar ERP systems, cGMP and biomanufacturing environments. Skills & Experience: Ability to lift up to 65lbs on regular basis. Ability to work in 2-8 C and -20 C environments. Must safely operate material handling equipment and complete DOT training within 90 Days of hire. Ability to navigate digital systems and tools in highly regulated cGMP, GDP, and biomanufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail, be able to adapt to evolving environments. Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication with cross-functional teams. Ability to follow detailed processes. Schedule: Occasional weekend and night hours, based on business needs. Required on-call rotation for after-hours support. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training.
