As a Senior Account Manager, you will drive the growth of Million Dollar Baby Co.’s mass retailer programs, forging and strengthening relationships with key partners such as Amazon and Target. You will play a critical role in developing and executing innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities, while ensuring our products are exposed and delivering exceptional on-site experience. This role involves managing all aspects of assigned categories and accounts—including building/maintaining a “First Call” partnership, identifying growth opportunities, and analyzing sales trends. Ultimately, you will champion a “WOW” customer experience at every touchpoint to promote lasting partnerships and sustained revenue growth. This role is tasked with advancing the marketing goals of our brands through clever and captivating branding, sales, and promotional content. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will use visual storytelling to enhance our content on our social media channels, emails, websites, and retail partner sites. Our ideal candidate is consumer focused and able to follow brand guidelines to create content unique to each brand's aesthetic. You should be comfortable writing and developing copy, designing and laying out marketing content, crafting and editing still images and video, as well as managing multiple projects from beginning to end. What You’ll Be Doing: • Utilize graphic design skills to support growth of our brands through curating and preparing visual content for use in digital advertising, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, our own websites, retailer websites, YouTube, and newsletters • Work closely with Design Team to deliver branded content to brand and marketing managers • Partner with Digital, Marketing, Branding, and Photography teams to incorporate insights into content creation for advertising, social, and digital executions • Combine compelling first-in-class creative with clear marketing messages and calls to action • Ability to apply simple animation and GIFs to digital content to help highlight brand messaging and enhance storytelling • Develop expert knowledge of brand and company goals, understand and follow brand guidelines, acting as a brand ambassador to ensure that all projects fit the brand style and voice • Keep abreast of industry best practices and competitive trends, regularly informing team of noteworthy news items and opportunities and incorporating to our brands when applicable • Effectively manage multiple projects, manage timelines, and communicate progress to key stakeholders • Partner with overseas creative team in content creation, ensuring that deliverables are on brand and on message • Develop additional print and marketing materials as assigned (i.e. creative mood boards, trade show signage, posters, brochures, merchandise, presentation decks) • Edit video and stills to be used across all social channels, our own websites, and retailer partner websites • Partner with the brand team in other marketing initiatives, such as attending trade shows, photo shoots, assist with copywriting and other content creation and design needs that support our annual brand plans.
