External Communications • Lead messaging development for quarterly earnings announcements, analyst calls, annual reports, investor days, and financial press releases. • Manage relationships with financial media, ensuring accurate and consistent representation of the company's financial performance and strategy. • Partner with Investor Relations to ensure alignment between investor messaging and broader corporate communications. Internal Communications • Translate complex financial performance into clear, accessible messaging for employees to build engagement and understanding of the company's results and strategy. • Partner with HR and internal communications to cascade financial results and strategy to global teams. What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications): • 15+ years of experience in financial communications, investor relations, corporate communications, or related fields within financial services or a global publicly traded company. • Proven track record leading financial communications at scale, ideally within the insurance, financial services, or related industry • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial statements, SEC reporting requirements, and corporate governance. • Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information. • Executive presence with experience coaching and preparing senior leaders for external communications. • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and senior leadership. • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $213,200 - $284,300.
