We’re looking for Critical Care APP to manage medical and surgical Critical Care Medicine patients in our 20-bed ICU, 15-bed Step-down unit and on the Critical Care Medicine Consult service. Role Overview: In this role, you’ll lead independently as part of the Rapid Response and Medical Code Teams, handle Sepsis Alerts, and provide critical care consultations across our main campus. You’ll also have the opportunity to master advanced procedures like central line and arterial line placements, as well as point-of-care ultrasound. Key Qualifications: Current New York State (NYS) RN and AGACNP license/registrations Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility) 2+ years of related clinical experience. Previous ICU, Critical Care, or experience treating high acuity patients highly preferred Related National NP certification BLS certification and DEA Certificate OR Graduate from an accredited PA program NCCPA certification Active NYS or be qualified for state licensure A minimum of 3 years of PA experience is preferred BLS certification and DEA Certificate Core Skills: Thrive in environments with complex and sometimes conflicting information. Exciting opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Correlative Logistics Specialist! We’re looking for a dynamic research professional to join our Correlative Sciences Program and ensure accurate tissue sample collection and shipment to laboratories within and outside MSK. Role Overview • In adherence to patient visit schedules and protocol requirements, build collection kits following protocol/lab manual and deliver kits to the collection location. • Facilitate efficient transfer of samples and patient care between MSK facilities. • Following protocol and laboratory manuals, processes specimen shipments in accordance to IATA guidelines. • Complete sample requisition forms with required data points as requested and promptly resolve requisition form errors. • Use specimen supervising software to confirm daily shipment orders and supervise all outgoing shipments in digital databases. • Catalog/inventory all samples processed at outpatient sites and enter sample collection data into the digital inventory. • Crafts and maintains an environment that places emphasis on laboratory safety. Works with coworkers and management to accurate any condition that has the potential to have a negative impact on accurate laboratory safety. Key Qualifications • Experience in laboratory setting or biological specimen handling. • EPIC knowledge is a plus.
