Our team of professionals brings vast expertise in asset allocation, portfolio management, estate preservation, retirement planning, and college funding. We coordinate all facets of financial life, including investments, taxes, insurance, benefits, and estate plans, to achieve client success. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Farmington, CT, for an Administrative Assistant for a Financial Advisor. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, phone etiquette, and executive administrative duties. The role includes clerical work, scheduling appointments, handling communications, and providing support to the financial advisor. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations and assist the financial advisor in delivering top-notch service to clients. Qualifications • Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • High level of discretion and professionalism • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Previous experience in a financial or advisory firm is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
