Coordinate and analyze failure analysis tasks, manage data, and support failure review processes. | Requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 0-10 years experience, and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance. | MRC has an opening for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer in support of Failure Analysis at NUWC Division Newport. Primary responsibilities include coordinating tasking, data analysis, managing and reviewing data, generating hardware release direction, failure analysis troubleshooting, and failure analysis detection. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and coordinating Failure Review Board approval of final failure analysis reports and providing Weekly Failure analysis metrics. Job Requirements • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance • 0 - 10 years’ experience as a mechanical engineer • BS in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
