The individual will be responsible for leading a cross-functional EPMO team and will serve as the overall EPMO lead for the MT Acceleration Program (MTAP). The individual in this role will need to be able to succeed in an environment with a high level of ambiguity, remain calm under pressure and help establish structure and focus. List Key Responsibilities • Drive program governance processes and meetings with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with strategies and achieve business goals for the MTAP program. • Lead and drive tool adoption to support the MTAP program (Planview, Power BI, Smart Sheets, etc.), including collaborating on product roadmaps, training development and delivery, and communications. • Monitor and track the portfolio health, project progress, compliance, and interdependencies across MTAP workstreams; identify impacts and recommend sequencing of the work. • Drive connectivity between delivery teams, finance partners and other portfolio leads, influencing decisions to achieve successful business outcomes. • Champion demand and capacity management process for MTAP program, lead continuous improvement efforts, drive visibility and facilitate alignment of priorities and trade-offs needed. • Ensure quality and accuracy of MTAP portfolio data within the portfolio tool through compliance and status reporting. Drive continuous improvements for program reporting and intelligence. • Communication is a critical element. You will be expected to flex between tactical project-level conversations and strategic program presentations and adapt communication appropriately to the audience. • Support aggregate reporting on program and workstream health. Partner with program leadership to improve executive status presentations and MTAP program tracking. • Establish structure, clarity and connect the dots across multiple teams, while developing and employing standard ways of working. Partner closely with Portfolio, Process, Tools, and Business Intelligence teams to support MTAP program needs. • Lead through influence, assisting teams to pivot and adapt to new processes and requirements as they are developed, with a strong emphasis and focus on Change Management. Minimum requirements • Typically requires 10 + years of experience, with at least 10 years of program and/or portfolio and Change Management • Requires at least 5+ years of experience within a technology-focused area (digital transformation, application development, data analytics, infrastructure, etc.) Critical Skills and experiences • Program management leadership experience, both directly leading large programs (not project management) and program/project managers. • Experience working with a vendor, establishing governance, process & SLAs/KPIs. • Experience overseeing large portfolios and driving strategic alignment, prioritization, managing their investments & value realization, preferably within the technology space, but general technology experience coupled with business portfolio management is acceptable. • Experience delivering results by collaborating and influencing business and technology delivery teams in a highly matrixed organization. • Exceptional executive presentation, communication, and influence management skills. • Proven stakeholder management skills & building credibility with executive leadership. • Ability to intentionally flex between strategy and detail and adapt style to different levels of the organization. • Experience driving organizational transformation and change management. • Ability to make complex concepts simple and convey it in laymen's terms. • Demonstrated ability to establish collaborative relationships and move with speed while bringing people along. • High degree of emotional maturity and ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Additional Knowledge & Skills desired but not required. • Experience working in large matrixed organizations is highly desirable. • Experience working with portfolio tools (Planview, etc.) is desirable. • Experience in a highly regulated industry is desirable. Current Need: The IT Project Manager will support our strategic initiative of migrating core IT infrastructure and services to Microsoft Azure. This role is essential to ensure the successful planning, alignment with business goals, execution, and timely delivery of the Azure migration project, which is expected to enhance scalability, improve security, reduce operational costs, and align with our long-term digital transformation goals. Additionally, this role would support critical business initiatives and the necessary efforts to commercialize MPS and SupplyLogix product enhancements. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end Azure migration project, including planning, execution, and post-migration optimization. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration with Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps. • Manage project scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring adherence to Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and best practices. • Identify and mitigate risks related to data security, compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and business continuity. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
