This role is responsible for managing and developing a team of project managers leading all aspects of complex, crossfunctional cybersecurity initiatives that span global markets, technologies, and collaborators. The Senior Manager sets the standard for project management excellence by driving disciplined planning and standardized delivery practices. They promote achievement rigor and predictable execution. They also ensure programs deliver clear and measurable business value. This role requires demonstrated mastery of project management fundamentals, strong people leadership experience, and the ability to lead delivery in a highly matrixed, global organization. Candidates who have not managed project managers, owned delivery standards, or operated at portfolio scale are unlikely to be successful in this role. Duties • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative, highperformance environment • Ensure effective resource utilization and forecasting across cybersecurity initiatives • Establish and reinforce project management standards, governance, and reporting processes • Oversee execution of cybersecurity initiatives to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget • Communicate project and portfolio status clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders • Drive delivery practices that enhance business value and execution predictability • Support the professional development of project managers through coaching and ongoing development Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a related field • Proven experience managing project portfolios and leading multiple project managers • Strong command of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and developing project managers • Familiarity with cybersecurity or largescale technology initiatives is a plus Compensation Bonus Eligible: Yes Long - Term Incentive: Yes Benefits Eligible: Yes Salary Range The expected salary range for this role is $141,955.00 - $177,444.00 per year The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. The Supervisor, Pricing Strategy – Menu Architecture will be expected to provide substantial business analysis, insights, and foresight to understand and drive performance of the business. A successful supervisor candidate is an active problem solver - someone who has the natural curiosity to understand business performance drivers through utilizing large datasets, integrating various information sources and applying analytical skills in developing strategies and recommendations. At the same time, the candidate needs to be able to effectively communicate the results through storytelling and visualization. Lastly, the candidate needs to be able to support pricing research studies and pricing tests to inform longer term pricing strategy. Key Accountabilities • Provide substantial business analysis on pricing menu architecture, business rule definition, base menu merchandising, research and new/promotional product pricing recommendations and shape pricing strategy, architecture, planning and recommendations both nationally and regionally • Deploy strategic pricing initiatives, including formulation and communication of pricing recommendations to support new product offerings, LTOs, line extensions, and other national initiatives • Use pricing tools and analysis of trends and opportunities and facilitate pricing meetings with key partners when needed • Develop and enhance pricing performance management reporting • Tactic/initiative business case development and post-reporting to Internal Leadership and Owner/Operator Committees • Support & maintain relationships with our pricing vendors and cross-functional partners • Provide support to various Owner/Operator committees Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or Masters in Finance, Economics, Math preferred • 2-4 Years Experience required • A strategic problem solver who is proactive in providing valuable insights • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in working with analytical teams and translating outputs into impactful insights • Sophisticated Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
