Support and execute core HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, data accuracy, compliance, and process improvements, partnering with leadership to ensure smooth operations. | Requires 2-3 years in HR or People Operations, proficiency in HR systems, strong organizational skills, and experience with documentation and compliance. | HR & People Operations Analyst About the Role Mayvue is seeking an HR & People Operations Analyst to support day to day people operations and partner closely with the Director of Corporate Services as the company continues to scale. This position is 100% remote with Mayvue's office in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hands on execution role designed for someone who thrives on clean systems, accurate data, and consistent follow through. You will own the operational backbone of HR keeping employee data, processes, and compliance aligned so leadership can focus on strategy and growth. You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle while providing the operational signal that ensures people processes are running smoothly, accurately, and on time. What You’ll Do Core HR & People Operations Own execution of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and documentation Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems Regularly audit people data for accuracy and completeness, proactively resolving discrepancies Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions, escalating appropriately Compliance & Documentation Support HR related compliance activities, including evidence collection, access reviews, and policy acknowledgments Assist with audit readiness efforts by maintaining clean documentation and process Help maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation Track deadlines, acknowledgments, and required reviews to ensure nothing slips Operational Support & Leadership Enablement Act as a trusted execution partner to the Director of Corporate Services Prepare HR dashboards and summaries (headcount changes, anniversaries, reviews, open roles, key deadlines) Surface risks, gaps, or delays early and drive them to resolution Support performance review cycles, goal tracking, and documentation Recruiting & Hiring Support Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics Support job postings, offer letters, and onboarding coordination Ensure a smooth, consistent experience for candidates and new hires Process Improvement & Cross Functional Coordination Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, tools, and systems without adding friction Partner with Finance, Operations, and leadership to keep people related processes aligned Maintain clear, current process documentation so employees and managers can self serve when appropriate You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Thrive on clean systems, accurate data, and clear ownership Follow through relentlessly and close loops without being asked Are organized, deadline driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with guidance Communicate directly and professionally, including follow ups and escalations Are fluent in spreadsheets and simple trackers and enjoy making messy information usable Enjoy partnering with leadership to keep operations running smoothly What You Bring 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist, People Operations, HR Coordinator, or similar role Working knowledge of core HR functions (onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance) Strong attention to detail and comfort managing sensitive, confidential information Experience supporting or maintaining documentation, policies, or SOPs Must be organized, deadline driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal handholding Must be proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and technology Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in a technology, professional services, or growing company environment Exposure to audits or compliance frameworks Want to grow into a more senior People Operations or HR role over time Benefits: Unlimited PTO Life Insurance at no cost to employees Short-term and long-term disability at no cost to employees Paid maternity and paternity leave Healthcare insurance (Premiums are partially paid for by Mayvue) Dental and vision at no cost to employees and dependents Optional supplemental life insurance Receive $1,000.00 per year for Continuous Learning Allowance Receive 1 day paid per year as a Community Service Allowance Onsite gym in Pittsburgh office Health Savings Account and Dependent Care Flexible Savings Account Employer contributions to your 401(k) up to 50% of contributions on the first 5% deferred Have your favorite snacks and beverages when you work in our Pittsburgh Headquarters Hybrid/remote work available Flexible schedule Mayvue provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
