The Senior Facilities Manager will assist in the management, oversight, and direction of planned and ongoing construction projects to support the efficient execution of USMS construction operations. Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders (government offices, contractors, and/or external agencies). Ability to read construction schedules, project timelines, or basic facility drawings Ability to analyze requirements, gather data, and develop recommendations regarding space utilization, facility requests, or program needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); Excel must include tracking, data organization, and reporting.
