Candidate is responsible for shaping, qualifying, and capturing strategic opportunities from early identification through award. The ideal candidate brings deep federal capture experience, strong customer relationships, disciplined pursuit processes, and a track record of winning prime contracts in competitive environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management with experience supporting defense or federal programs. They need to closely support the Program Manager/Asst Program Manager to run their program to include interactions with stakeholders, tracking status, and budget development, management, and justification.
