This role partners closely with engineering, product, IT, and cross-functional teams to define project scopes, create timelines, manage resources, and ensure high-quality delivery. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, scheduling, coordination, execution, and delivery. Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business goals into clear project plans and technical requirements. Coordinate project resources and workflows to keep teams aligned and accountable to agreed timelines. Track project progress, highlight risks or blockers early, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues. Ensure project documentation is clear, current, and accessible to all relevant teams. Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and collaboration across engineering, IT, product, and operations. Support process improvements across project management, documentation, release workflows, and communication practices. Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and recommendations to senior leadership. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST. Prior exposure to data privacy or information security considerations as part of project delivery.
